Great things are in store
My name is Twinomujuni Isaac, born on 15th May 2005 in Mwanjari southern Division, Kabale district, Kigezi region, Uganda. I joined Hearing Heart Uganda after a call from Mr. Arinaitwe asking me to organize o-level holiday makers for a meeting.
I was able, along with other members, to organize and form the League of Extraordinary gentlemen, a club under Hearing Heart that is specifically equipping young men. We have been meeting at the end of every month and learning about life and what it means to become a man.
I was also a part of the team that organized a fun day at Green Hills Kabale which was very successful. We played board games, had swimming competitions and ended the day by celebrating a member’s birthday.
In December 2024, I was also part of the team that organized a talent show where dancing, and singing were showcased. Awards were offered to the winners with full support from our leader.
As an A level student at Kabale Secondary school, I have had an inspiring teaching in career guidance from Hearing Heart and I have also been able to start up a Hearing Heart club. I am aspiring to become the assistant head prefect in this coming year and the speaker Uganda National student Association.
