Career paths can be confusing, especially for youth growing up in rural Uganda where access to mentors and information is limited. Hearing Heart steps into this gap by offering regular career guidance sessions that are practical, inspiring, and relevant.
We bring professionals from diverse fields — doctors, teachers, entrepreneurs, artists, engineers — to speak directly with the youth. These sessions give young people a chance to ask questions, explore opportunities, and understand the value of education and skill-building.
We also work with schools to provide one-on-one mentorship, CV writing help, and exposure to technical and vocational training paths.
For many, this is the first time they’ve heard someone tell them, “Yes, you can become that.” Hearing Heart is not just preparing youth for jobs; we are helping them discover purpose.
