As a volleyball enthusiast, I believe that every player needs to have ethics and desires. For me, it’s about punishing, sorting, and blocking every ball from opponents while having fun. Volleyball is more than just a sport – it’s a part of my life.

When I first started, I felt inferior playing with senior volleyballers. I would often lose my serve, hitting the net. But one comment from my seniors changed everything: “With the whole energy we can see in you, you serve in nets?” This remark boosted my confidence and motivated me to work harder.

I started investing more effort in my training, and soon I felt a strong connection to the sport. Despite my poor skills, my coaches gave me chances to play with more experienced players, pushing me to improve. With time, my team started to trust me as a starting libero.

“I wish my high school was like Kabale School of Comprehensive Nursing (KSCN)! I’m truly grateful for the support and enlightenment they’ve provided about sports, especially volleyball. KSCN has been instrumental in encouraging us to pursue our passions.

My first game in the Hearing Heart League was a milestone moment. I was both happy and nervous, but my reception on the court started to improve greatly. Now, I’m chasing my dream of becoming an opposite hitter who punishes opponents, sorts their attacks, and blocks their best players. I’m excited to see where this new journey takes me. My volleyball family is supportive, and I believe they’re raising an opposite hitter everyone will talk about.

I’m also thankful to my teammates for their unwavering support and motivation. Being part of this team has strengthened me both on and off the court. My coaches have played a significant role in my growth, and I’m determined not to disappoint them.

What’s even more special is that my teammates call me “horse” – it’s a nickname that motivates me to do more than expected! I’m excited to see what the future holds, and I promise to be a great horse for the team! 🐴💪🤣”

If you get the chance to play volleyball, grab a ball, gather friends, and get ready to attack your way to a great time. PROUD TO BE A VOLLEYBALLER
